Are these bicycles sold with a warranty?

Yes, new bikes and new custom bikes are sold with a one year warranty covering mechanical and fitting adjustments, not including the cost of new parts. Reconditioned bicyces are sold with a 90 day warranty covering mechanical and fit adjustments.



How soon after purchasing my new bike may I expect to pick it up?

We will do our best to have your bike ready for your test ride and fitting within one business day.



If I submit a forty percent deposit, how long does this hold a bicycle?

The forty percent deposit will hold any bicycle for seven days and it is transferrable to any other bicycle in stock at the time of pick-up. Please contact us to submit your deposit.



Do you offer a delivery service?

Yes, delivery is free for any bicycle purchased and to any address within a 30 miles radius of our Rockville store. An appointment is required.



Do you offer shipping?

No. We keep our prices reasonable by eliminating shipping as an option. When you purchase a bicycle, you may pick it up in person at our Rockville store or request free delivery up to 30 miles radius from our location.



Do you offer financing on bicycle purchases?

Yes, customers may choose between Affirm financing and PayPal Pay Later plans.



What brands of e-bikes do you carry?

At present we offer Aventon and NCM e-bikes along with Hilltopper and Good Vibes conversion kits. Some complete bicycles are offered with Good Vibes and Hilltopper systems installed.
